    • Connect Carlisle Eden Mind

      Connect is a partnership project between Carlisle Eden Mind, Citizens Advice and Cumbria Law Centre. Working with anyone who is experiencing crisis, poverty or hardship and is worried about their mental health and wellbeing.
      A hardship or poverty crisis can include immediate problems such as issues with money, food, gas/electric, clothes, furniture etc. It can also include wider needs such as housing, welfare, benefits and debt.

    • Borderline Counselling Services

      A team of professionally trained counsellors based in Carlisle who provide a counselling and training service across north Cumbria and south Scotland.

      Borderline offers counselling across a broad range of issues including:

      Abuse, Anger, Anxiety, Bereavement, Bullying, Depression, Loss, Low Self Esteem, Relationship or Family Difficulties, Self Harm, Stress, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Phobias, Post abortion, Work Related Issues.

    • Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)

      CAMHS is a service for children, young people and families with significant, severe, complex or persistent emotional, mental health, psychological and/or relationship difficulties.

    • First Step

      First Step is part of Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and provides free, talking therapies to adults in Cumbria with depression and anxiety disorders. First Step can help with a range of common mental health problems including mild to moderate depression, anxiety disorders (such as chronic worry, panic attacks, health anxiety and obsessions), mild bulimia, anger or sleep problems.
