ACAS provide information, advice, and other services for employees and employers  to help prevent or resolve workplace problems.

The Benefit Advice Service provides free confidential welfare benefit advice to residents of Carlisle and District. The help available includes advice on benefit, Universal Credit and Tax Credit entitlement, assistance to complete claim forms, representation at Tribunals and Upper Tribunal.

The aim of Carlisle Key is to help young people towards independent living.

Carlisle Key works with young people 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

They provide assistance and support within our drop in and housing service to alleviate the hardship and distress caused by homelessness, housing, financial and other related difficulties.

We empower young people by giving them the knowledge, support, and confidence they need so that they can live independently and take an active role in the local community.

Cumbria Law Centre is a community organisation offering free legal advice and representation to people who live or work in the county. Areas of advice given include Housing, Debt, Welfare Benefits, and Employment.

Inspira work for clients and communities in Cumbria and across the UK, managing and delivering services to young people and adults to help them develop their personal and employability skills.
