    • Connect Carlisle Eden Mind

      Connect is a partnership project between Carlisle Eden Mind, Citizens Advice and Cumbria Law Centre. Working with anyone who is experiencing crisis, poverty or hardship and is worried about their mental health and wellbeing.
      A hardship or poverty crisis can include immediate problems such as issues with money, food, gas/electric, clothes, furniture etc. It can also include wider needs such as housing, welfare, benefits and debt.

    • Accident & Emergency Departments

      Within Cumbria there are four hospitals providing A&E Services, in Barrow, Carlisle, Kendal, and Whitehaven. Use the search function on the web link provided to locate your nearest A&E, and get directions.

      If you are dealing with a medical emergency, someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk, call 999. Stay on the phone with the operater until help arrives.
